All Jack Matrix products are made at our 13,000 m2 world-class facility located in Victoria, Australia. This single site includes our manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations.
State of the art machines
We have 4 state-of-the-art injection moulding machines that operate 24/5 to produce three months’ stock at a time.
Large ready stock quantities
We stock large quantities of finished Matrix stock in our warehouse, ready for your ex works dispatch.
500 tonnes of feedstock on site
We hold 500 tonnes of feedstock and receive stock daily to ensure our runs are uninterrupted, keeping our turnaround swift and reliable.
Our supplier is just down the road
Shorter lead times and efficient production.
Our raw material supplier plant is only five minutes up the road. This means access to our source materials is on our doorstep, ensuring no logistical delays. They collect waste material, including plastic chip wrappers, potato bags and even the plastic wrap from serviette packets, as well as paint pales and milk crates and transform them back into raw plastic pellets. We receive 120 tonnes of these pellets every week to transform into a range of products.
We work closely with our supplier to ensure the integrity of our supply will deliver ongoing quality and performing end products.
