Reducing our environmental impact
Made from 100% recycled plastic waste
Our Jack Matrix hero charcoal range is made with 100% recycled raw plastic materials from kerbside and industrial waste. This includes yoghurt pots and plastic bottles, discarded packaging, billboards and even coat hangers.
Zero waste manufacturing process
Not only are Jack Matrix products made from recycled materials but any excess material generated during production is reground and fed back into our machines. This means our manufacturing process is zero waste.
As much as 120 tonnes of these raw materials are transformed into high-quality products every week.
Move to ‘naked ‘packaging
We’re currently working on a project to remove all plastic packaging wraps from our screens and moving to a ‘naked’ packaging model to further reduce our plastic usage and commitment to sustainable production.
We're a member and signatory for the Australian Packaging Covenant (APCO). This means we're committed to achieving the Government's 2025 National Packaging Targets.
Our coloured Jack Matrix products are manufactured from a blend of virgin and, where possible, recycled natural polypropylene.
